When to apply

Baze University does not use application deadlines. This means that you can apply for admission all the time. Before you start your application, you need to ensure that your application and all supporting documents are ready.

Applying to more than one course

You can submit multiple applications to different courses, but please do not accept any offer until you have received a decision from all the programmes you have applied for. When you have received all decisions from the university please make sure you accept only one offer as soon as possible.

  • No supporting documentation is required during the application process.

  • When you receive an offer and wish to register for the offer, then you need to provide all your supporting documents during registration.

  • And finally, make sure when you are filling the form, you use accurate information because we will use that information when making a decision as it regards your application. Please note, when we realize that you used inaccurate or fraudulent information during your application process, Baze University has the right to withdraw it's offer of admission.
  • This guide covers key points to consider when completing your application. Our Technical Help, which you can access from your application, provides step-by-step help on how to use the online form.

    Choosing your course

In choosing your course, read the course page carefully to make sure that you meet the entry requirements, as admissions to Baze are highly competitive, and that you are familiar with the structure and content of the course (for transfer students). The course pages will show whether your preferred course is currently accepting applications for your selected entry.

Make sure that you select your preferred course when applying as you will not be able to change this after you start completing the application form or after you apply.

    Full-time/part-time study

Currently, Baze University undergraduate courses are available for full-time study only.

    Start term

You can only select the mandatory start term for your course when you apply.

    • If you want to start a course in a term other than the current term, you can do so when choosing when to start the program.
    • You can only start taught courses in term indicated in the form.

Studying at more than one institution

You cannot undertake full-time study at Baze University whilst registered in another course at Baze or at another institution, either in Nigeria or worldwide. If you are registered at another institution when you apply to Baze for full-time study, as a condition of your offer you would be required to suspend or terminate your registration whilst studying at Baze, unless the registration is part of a formal collaborative agreement between Baze and the other institution.
