About the course

The Bachelor of Science in Quantity Survey (B. Sc. Quantity Survey) focuses on preparing competent graduates who can effectively function in the appropriate planning, proper designing, economical construction and ethical maintenance of the built environment. The degree program has been designed to equip students with in-depth knowledge on all components of building structures in order to satisfy the present demand of the modern society. Students studying B. Sc. Quantity Survey are exposed to various options in the construction industry through comprehensive lectures, adequate workshop practices and world standard laboratory training. The course mentors work hand in hand with the construction equipment companies and construction firms so that excelled performance from the graduating students are fully achieved.

What you will learn

The course aims:
During the first two semesters, successful applicants into the B. Sc. Quantity Survey program will learn basic principles of environmental components including subjects dealing with sciences employed in either the execution process of buildings or incorporated in the building systems. Subsequent semesters drifted gradually from theoretical backgrounds to intensive analyses of all the fragmental sections of urban regional with full emphases on computerized planning, designing and implementation of established principles.
