Dr
Chukwuemeka Okafor holds four degrees obtained between 1996 and 2019 from
prestigious Universities in Nigeria and South Africa. His credentials include PhD in Public Administration, Master of Administration: Public Administration (M.Admin.), Master of Science
in Political Science (MSc) and Bachelor of Science (BSc) in
Political Science. He is a senior lecturer in the Department of Government and Public Administration, Baze University, Abuja. He is also a research fellow in the School of Government and Public Administration, University of Fort Hare, South Africa. Dr Okafor is an institutional member of South African Association of Public Administration and Management and a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria (FICAN). His research interests include, public sector governance,public policy analysis, policy monitoring and evaluation. He has published in recognised local and international learned journals.
